About This Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive QAQC Staff to uphold and strengthen our quality standards across production and operational processes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products, procedures, and documents consistently meet company and regulatory quality requirements — while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across divisions.

Qualifications :

. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical, or a related field
. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
. Solid understanding of quality control systems, SOP management, and internal audit processes
. Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, & Looker) for data analysis and documentation
. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to produce structured reports
. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across divisions and present findings clearly
. Nice to have: experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent) or internal auditor certification.

Key Responsibilites :

. Verify calibration results of measuring instruments and machine components to ensure accuracy and compliance
. Control and verify product testing processes in accordance with Quality Assurance guidelines
. Compile and analyze product inspection data, and prepare recommendation reports for the Operational Director
. Routinely monitor and analyze SOPs for each division in accordance with the Internal Document Master List, and
manage the control of operational forms and documents in circulation
. Analyze the realization of Quality Control Standards set by the company and provide recommendations for
improvements
. Analyze machine setting reports and provide actionable recommendations to the Operational Manager
. Train, guide, and monitor the performance of the Quality Control division team
. Submit INTAN Quality Assurance reports on a semi-annual basis
. Conduct internal audits across company divisions and report findings to the Operational Director
. Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely resolution aligned with quality standards
. Review Work Instructions and field guidelines, and discuss improvement recommendations with the production team
