About the role :

PT Krakatau Posco is seeking a talented Steelmaking Technology Team (Contract) to join our dynamic
team in Cilegon, Banten. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for ensuring the highest
standards of Steelmaking production activity across our manufacturing processes. You will play a crucial
role in supporting the company's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing :

. Prepare planning productivity to support optimization production strategy & efficiency
. Evaluate the operation productivity to improve operation performance and efficiency
. Conduct research of product and process development
. Prepare planning & control quality product to ensure production process can meet the required quality
. Perform varieties of task related with providing information and documentation of operation
performance and improvement
. Conduct research of product and process development by coordination with related unit to support on
reviewing existing process technology and development of alternatives product.

What we're looking for :

. Experience 3-5 years in Steel Industry, especially in Hot-Rolled Coil Product Manufacturing or Quality
Engineer
. Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor Material/Metallurgical Engineering
. Familiar with Ms. Excel, word, PowerPoint, and Statistical Analysis Tools such as MINITAB, SPC, etc
. Strong technical knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools
. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
. Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and quality standards
