Responsibilities:
. Review and assess maintenance processes for instrumentation equipment to ensure
operational reliability and uninterrupted production activities.
. Determine and coordinate maintenance activities with the Instrument Maintenance
Team, including contractors and external vendors, in alignment with approved
maintenance plans.
. Review technical documents such as wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, logic
diagrams, and maintenance procedures to support maintenance execution and
system modifications.
. Evaluate and analyze instrumentation issues to identify root causes and
recommend effective corrective actions within budget considerations.
. Assess and recommend equipment repairs, vendor services, and spare part
requirements to support long-term equipment reliability and performance.
. Support reliability improvement initiatives for instrumentation and control systems.


Qualifications:
. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Physics Engineering.
. Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation and control (C&I) within
petrochemical, oil and gas.
. Good knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, including field
instruments, control philosophies, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and logic
diagrams.
. Familiar with PLC systems, particularly Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Siemens.
. Experience with gas-fired boiler systems, gas turbine generators, steam turbine
generators, and refrigeration compressors is preferred.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Fluent in spoken and written English.
